Company Founding & History
In 2001, Frank took over this business with a simple philosophy: listen first, speak in language people understand, and genuinely care about helping others solve problems.
What began as a break-fix operation quickly grew into something deeper. Relationships built on trust, technical knowledge paired with clear communication, and a commitment to being there whenever our clients needed us.
The first decade brought substantial growth, but not the kind that loses sight of what matters. We remained rooted in Decatur, connected to our community, and dedicated to the personal touch that made us different. Around 2018, Baily joined the company, bringing fresh energy and a shared commitment to the values that built our reputation. By the early 2020s, she stepped into a leadership role, positioning us for the next chapter while honoring everything that made us who we are.
Today, we're proud to be a woman-owned, generational business. A legacy built on relationships that span decades. Some of our clients have been with us for 25 years, and we've never lost a single one due to bad service. That's not luck. That's what happens when you put people first and technology second.

Early 2020s: Leadership Transition
Baily moves into a leadership role, bolstering the company's future while honoring the legacy Frank built. We expand our service capabilities to include full data management, disaster recovery, compliance, and comprehensive security solutions.
