Frank Saulsbery is the Founder and CEO of Network Solutions Unlimited. When Frank Saulsbery started, we were Decatur Computers, and later in 2013, he turned that into NSU, a company with a simple mission: help people understand and use technology to make their lives better.
With a background in microelectronics and computer network management, Frank possesses deep technical knowledge, but what truly sets him apart is his ability to translate complex IT concepts into practical, understandable information. His role focuses on helping prospects and clients understand where their technology currently stands and charting the best path forward to get it where it needs to be.
Frank describes himself as a "Chief Communication Officer" at heart, and it shows in everything he does. He genuinely enjoys working with people, listening to their challenges, and helping them see how technology can solve real business problems without the jargon and confusion that often accompany IT discussions. The technology industry has its own language, and Frank serves as the translator, ensuring clients feel informed, empowered, and confident in their decisions rather than overwhelmed by technical complexity.
What makes Frank exceptional in the technology space is his focus on outcomes over specifications. While he thoroughly understands the technical side of business, he lives and communicates in the world of results, how technology makes people's lives better, more efficient, and less stressful. Beyond his technical expertise and communication skills, Frank has cultivated a company culture centered on people and genuine connection. What he enjoys most about NSU is "the people and fun we have while making our clients' lives and businesses better", a philosophy that has shaped the company's approach for over two decades and continues under the next generation of leadership.
Outside the office, Frank enjoys golfing, building things with his hands, and spending time with his cats. Family is incredibly important to him, and he's very close to his daughters, including Bailey, who now leads NSU's daily operations. Frank never turns down an opportunity to travel, bringing the same curiosity and openness to new experiences that have made him such an effective partner to clients navigating their technology journeys.
Frank's ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable guidance has been the foundation of NSU's client relationships for over 20 years.
